It's so easy to get wrapped up in taking care of everyone's needs...to be the best wife, mom, daughter, sister, and friend, etc.

Somewhere along the way you got lost. You are questioning who you are, what you are meant for, what makes you happy, and what do you want?

I know, I was there. You can be in a room full of people and feel lonely. You can have it all together on the outside, but on the inside you are wondering is this all there is?

You've spent most of your life seeking love and approval from others and you are f'ing exhausted.

You are starting to realize that what matters most is your relationship with yourself and a Higher Power. You desperately crave a deeper connection to both.

I had spent most of my life living for everyone else. I tried desperately to be liked and feel like I belong. I had the perfect life on the outside, but on the inside I was dying. I didn't like who I saw in the mirror. I didn't know what I wanted. I didn't trust in myself or in The Universe. It all changed in April 2010 when I started to get severe anxiety and panic attacks because I was recovering memories of childhood sexual abuse that was repressed for almost 30 years!

It has been one hell of a journey the last 9 years letting go of who I thought I was, to discover who I am, love and accept mysef, and shine my light bright out into the world. 

This meant leaving a very successful chiropractic career that I had built from scratch with my husband to follow what my heart was telling me. You see, I've learned about my gifts of intuiton and being a catalyst for other's transformations. I left the comfort of a business that was already successful to start from scratch again helping others heal from past trauma and use it as a catalyst to awaken to who you really are.

It has been a dream of mine for the past 3 years to host a retreat on the ocean, my favorite place in the world, and I have once again, followed my heart.
